Not really a bank. Can only get cash at ATM, no counter service. No way to access small denomination bills. No way to cash checks. No point coming here. Use a free ATM nearer where you live.
The customer service was not great at all. The lady was been rude to me and im a new customer. I will have to find me another bank if I continue to be disrespected.
This "bank" is a hoax. They don't do any type of money exchange. Tried at cash a check here from PNC and they sent me 20 mins away.
Called for several minutes. Nobody picked up.
I usually come here to get a lot of things done. I have a busy morning this morning and time crunch to get the stuff I need so I can go to new apartment. I was told to wait until the employee that could do cashiers check to get out of meetings before I was taken care of a customer. This is very unprofessional and disappointing since I usually don’t have issues but I have been set back today.
