PNC has to be the worst bank ever, I know I quit banking here for a reason. Rude, complete lack of service etc. Avoid them like the plague...
sara was SO SO nice and helpful! i'm a college student trying to figure out my finances and we got to talk about our experiences with schools, classes, etc. she made sure to ask me all kinds of important info, gave me good advice, and made sure i knew exactly what i was doing for this visit and in the future. i've always had good experiences at this branch, but sara really went all out to make me feel welcome and like she genuinely wanted to help me and have a conversation!
They are horrible. They take forever to do a process and then mess it up and we had to come back to redo it.
Good bank ATM allows you to get whatever denomination of bills you want from ones to hundreds. One thing I do not care for is if you do not have direct deposit or a decent amount of money to put in savings you will be charged $7 for every month that your account does not have $400 in it at some point in the month
What is the point of having 2 ATM’s if one is always out of cash???
