What are we even doing here!?!? Having to use virtual teller while there are actual employees on site is wild!!!....using the virtual teller - had to deposit a check that wouldn't scan onto the mobile app, teller had me log into my account on phone and even though I was logged it wasn't registering, had me try to scan my ID, scanner is broke- puts me know a hold and then I had to manually type in all my information on the teller screen - get logged in and he tells me bc I manually typed in the information I couldn't deposit ... read more
