I must say upon visiting this particular branch Seth has always been amazing at the Fowler as well as the Temple Terrace branch. The low rating is because after meeting with Gabriel that initially signed me up to start the bank account as a new member however upon having to have a very important transaction completed, For starts its a dead zone in that place security lounging on his phone chilling in the middle cubicle doing nothing never even recognized or paying attention to what's going on in neither outside of the branch... read more
Fowler PNC has some of the most beautiful and loving people in this world. They have single-handedly saved my butt more times than words could ever begin to explain. Thank you so much to the FLAWLESS and AMAZING folks over there!!! I love you guys!!
Bad reviews are real. This branch needs a lot of improvement. Need an actual banker who can help at the counter but not video offline teller machines. Someone who is nice and can greet well wishes to people, replace them cranky, grumpy, unhappy shouting bankers. I didn’t have a pleasant experience at this location and had to visit different branch who can help to withdraw my money and do banking services effortlessly.
I saw some bad reviews about this branch but I must say that wasn’t my experience. I always liaise with Dana Miller who is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue concerning some cashiers checks I purchased and mailed to the payee. I had to follow up with PNC several times to determine if the checks were cashed or not. When I spoke to other representatives at the same branch they said I had to visit the branch to enquire and brushed me off. However Dana always helped me over the phone and via email.
