I had a great experience here after some not so great experiences at a branch out of state. After being given the runaround for 2 months from my mother's branch in Florida, Perry Key was very helpful in getting the correct paperwork and signatures turned in to give me, as POA, online access to my mother's account. I'm grateful for the customer service I received.
If I could give negative stars I would! 🥺 I’ve been banking with them for over 22 years! No more! I’ve closed all my accounts (including my Bussiness account) I went in with my 18 year-old to get his new debit card… I am on the account with him… We waited for an hour… To get the debit card… They finally said the debit card machine was “broken”…to go to Winston to get it or To come back tomorrow (my son was working the next day which we told them) And all I needed was his pin number so I can pick up the debit card. It’s terrible Yal charge 9 dollars to cash a check that is written on one of your checks. Yal are what’s wrong with the world today
