This location always handles all of my business promptly and professionally. Fully staffed location, the teller Ebony has assisted me on most of my transactions and is always super professional.
Another trip to the worst bank in the USA. Just needed to get some $1s, $5s & $10s since the ATM only had $20s. Ebony was very congenial & helpful. Why do banks require an account just to exchange money? Aren't they agents for the Federal Reserve? Anyway, do not get started at PNC, they will treat you like a family friend then close every branch within 30 miles, forcing you to drive 45 minutes just to see a banker in person.
PNC is a terrible bank to bank with. I would not recommend anybody to bank with them. One of the worse banks to bank with.
