I recently opened an account, maybe within a week. Went to cash my check and was unable to do so.. They informed me you have to have the matching amount of the check you’re trying to cash already available or be with them a full year before they can simply cash it. I think that’s insane for the simple fact I just opened the account. I closed my account right then and there. I can see it’s going to be more of headache being a member with them.
Very difficult to reach this bank by phone . I call the 800 number and they don’t accept my user name etc. I call my local bank and NO one ever answers. I am ready to find a new bank.
