Had the BEST experience today at PNC in Union. Went to open a checking account. Erica was AMAZING! She explained everything in detail, asked if I had any questions, and was an absolute joy to work with. Even set up a next appointment for follow up to discuss how the account is and to make sure I understand the online banking app. Made my dreading coming in a nice, pleasant and non anxiety induncing experience! Thank you so much Erica.
Literally the best banking experience. I had a very hard time with the online banking and all the nonsense. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Our account was hacked into. I called to talk to the fraud department 3 times and was given 3 different answers as to what was going to happen to our account. Good luck talking to a real person if you work because their hours are the same as business hours.This happened on a Saturday and of course their location was closed.
Everything but the staff sucks. Staff is nice
