Terrible customer service. Seymour branch is much friendlier.
Love the PNC bank system. The virtual wallet account is one of the best things they have going on. Basically a checking, saving, and reserve account all-in-one for the price of opening one account which is $25. To withdraw any amount that you want not including change. This is great because most ATM's have to be a multiple of 20 . But with PNC bank it can be any multiple of 1. The North Vernon branch specifically I have never had any issues with. This Bank is the worst representation of all PNC Banks I've ever been in. I'm a business owner and frequent PNC Banks all over Indiana, Ohio, & Kentucky. One teller almost all of the time... doesn't matter what day, or what time. You would think PNC would figure out why! Is it management? or is it that PNC Corporate just doesn't want to spend the money to hire enough people to properly service customers like they should? Either way, this branch needs more help!!!
Don't even know why the online ledger exists. Sometimes it's not balanced for weeks at a time. Completely useless. PNC is always locking our cards when they're used back to back (like at two separate restaurants). Which has left us in a bad situation more than once. When you live check to check and your bills start to hit, not having the online ledger even CLOSE to being accurate, causes some major problems. Very inconvenient. We will be switching banks.
