Absolutely horrible customer service from corporate. PNC does not care about its customers or their wishes. Simply attributing their oversight to another person and telling you it's your fault for not keeping better notes is unacceptable. When you are told to your face by your banker that something was done, you expect it to have been done. Not with PNC. They'll keep taking as much as they can for as long as they can. They're horribly dishonest. Accounts closed and moved elsewhere.
