Wish I could give them zero stars but it wasn’t an option . Drove there today to make a cash deposit into my girlfriend account for her. I have the account number but the teller won’t let me deposit. Since when did they have that rule , and since when does the security guard working ask you what you need? None of his business . No wonder the place was empty. Absolutely horrible customer service from corporate. PNC does not care about its customers or their wishes. Simply attributing their oversight to another person and telling you it's your fault for not keeping better notes is unacceptable. When you are told to your face by your banker that something was done, you expect it to have been done. Not with PNC. They'll keep taking as much as they can for as long as they can. They're horribly dishonest. Accounts closed and moved elsewhere.
