Used to have no problems with the drive thru ATM but lately it’s been out of service or will take forever to process a transaction.
ATM never works and has taken my money multiple times. ATM inside is so high pitch loud you dont even want to use it.. just go to Ofallon they are much better
I was told to bring some papers about money in an IRA to one of their banks. The first time I came, on a Saturday, they told me they couldn’t fax it or copy it into their computer or help me that day because their investment person was only there on Mondays. When I told them I came from some distance & that day wouldn’t work, they said they could call him on a weekday but not on a Saturday. I appreciate the young man and woman that help us today at the end of their shift on a Friday night. They were both very professional and helped us get everything we needed to complete our business which included three cashier checks, renewing our debit card once they noticed it was out of date and helping with getting some papers notarized. Thankyou it is nice when you feel like someone genuinely cares and is willing to help even when their weekend was about to start.
During our recent visit to PNC branch in Wentzville, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Lisa. Her service was exceptional! She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to address me and my wife's banking needs. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
