PNC Bank helped my wife and I to establish credit. Within 18 months they helped us into our first house. They always been helpful and it doesn't matter which of the branches you go to.
Loan department guys are clueless. Can’t do anything or answer any questions without logging into PNC website on their computer and reading step by step everything. Just have no knowledge whatever. Would of had better luck asking my 6yr old questions than those two guys.
Im inside the bank now with my elderly mom. We have been here for 20minutes waiting to see a clerk. Another woman got in front of us and instead of having her wait, they made Mom wait for the other person to be waited on. This bank is super slow with any type of customer service. When opening an account after moving to the area, it took 2 hours to open and complete a simple checking and savings account. When you visit, bring your patience!
PNC USe to BA good bank. But It seems they're closing most of bmatches. I live 52 miles away from. They do not answer your phone so I will find another bank I guess
System crashed over Thanksgiving and my pending withdrawals doubled (somehow). Called in to my local branch to get it figured out and the guy on the phone kept insisting it was my fault. Couldn't tell me why miscellaneous charges and deposites were happening on my account. Told me at the end of the day I have control over my spending. I check my balance before and after I do anything. Waited for the new cycle to hit and I didn't end up owing -400 like the guy told me.
