Absolutely the worst bank ever if you’re thinking of opening or maintaining a bank account with them absolutely just run away they won’t accept federal forms of I’d for your payees to cash checks they will give you the run around about cashing checks withdrawing money and the workers are absolutely disrespectful unwilling to help seriously the worst bank of all time all kinds of hidden fees charges and absolutely nothing but a joke
If you want good customer service, find another bank. Long wait times, and " rules" benefit them, not the customer.
Your voice robot u got to answer when u call is annoying , frustrating n , just rambunctious. The thing constantly can't get crap right then they think were scammers . We answer with our voices n ,yet it's immediately stuff to deal with . I am not happy . It talks way to long too . Just saying .

I had a loan with PNC Bank and they absolutely lie to you and do not honor any agreements you make with them. Run! Do not use them they are terrible. Id give them a zero for the 14 yrs we had with them.
