I met the new manager Hailey & she was fantastic! I was so happy to go to the bank in Arnold. It wasn’t my normal location but now it will be!
BEWARE!!! Do NOT rely on the one and ONLY drive thru ATM...it ALMOST NEVERRRR works and hasn't worked properly for years!!! PNC KNOWS that it hasn't worked just by the SEVERAL repair tickets and ALLLLL of the phone calls!!! By their lack of inaction it shows how they care about their customers!!! I know 5 customers who has been banking with them for years that are closing their accounts! Take notice people!!!!
I've been with them for 20+years. I only go to the Arnold branch. Manager and employees are Awesome
