Horrible at explaining any type of process when opening an estate account. their communication skills are very poor as well And they seem like they have no recognition of what is going on in that place let alone can’t answer a phone call at all called about 10 times in a row with no answer

All of the ladies that work at the Arnold branch are amazing! Their manager, Cathy, has to be the hardest working, customer conscious, professional yet caring, bank manger I've ever had the pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a bank location that puts the customer in "customer service", look no further.
Beware, their ATM machine ate 2 of my debit cards and a check for $5,000 in less than a week. The bank acted like it was no big deal. It took forever to get the issue resolved.
