Awful bank in general, went in for replacement debit card the teller was friendly but the “personal” teller was very rude with a simple question, wouldn’t even offer to order me one. Changed my direct deposit, no point in having a branch if your going to be rude and useless been a PNC customer since I was 17, Circleville PNC get a better staff or shut down. You have some very rude employees.
Unreliable ATM. Takes cash deposits but no credit of the deposit. Bank won’t help because they don’t service their own ATMs. Have to call a toll free number. Maybe I will have access to my money in 10 days.
Friendly, helpful staff. Not perfect , but attitude goes long way. My business credit cards are run through PNC.
Horrible. I went in because my card stopped working an I've only had it for 3 days they said they would have to get one mailed to me but it was the same location that they printed one out for me when I opened my account but they wouldn't do that today.
