My spouse and I have been into this branch several times for different reasons and we have always had a great experience. Every single person that works at the Circleville branch is wonderful, friendly and helpful. I don’t understand the bad reviews because that has never been my experience.
I called 4 separate times and let the phone ring for at least 6 minutes each phone call. No answer. This bank is ridiculous. Well before closing time.
Awful service. Genuinely uncaring about my identity and money being stolen, telling me it's essentially my fault and telling me I have to get the money back myself. Here's a tip for them: When a patron just had their money for their bills stolen, don't tell them what they did wrong, try and help them while they're already stressed out.
Awful bank in general, went in for replacement debit card the teller was friendly but the “personal” teller was very rude with a simple question, wouldn’t even offer to order me one. Changed my direct deposit, no point in having a branch if your going to be rude and useless been a PNC customer since I was 17, Circleville PNC get a better staff or shut down. You have some very rude employees.
Unreliable ATM. Takes cash deposits but no credit of the deposit. Bank won’t help because they don’t service their own ATMs. Have to call a toll free number. Maybe I will have access to my money in 10 days.
