Frostburg branch WAS pretty nice- very sweet, kind tellers. Unfortunately, this branch will be permanently closed after 3:00 on January 21, 2019. BRANCH PERMANENTLY CLOSED AFTER 3:00 ON JANUARY 21, 2019
Yes, they're always there to help. However, yesterday when I was in there, the one lady got extremely personal about my finances, IN FRONT OF other customers. I won't be going back into that bank again. I don't appreciate having my financial wellbeing judged and spread about. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else, as I have already contact their "higher-ups."
Has three service desks. Prompt and courteous
Extremely helpful and local branch bank. Assists with any questions you have and definitely strives to serve for only quality service for their customers. I love my bank, the service and the convenience of not just the inside but also the 24 hr ATM that is safely at the drive through.
