The most unprofessional bank I have ever delt with. Zero customer service skills starting with the Branch Manager. My card would not go through for a transaction I was trying to do for a Christmas miracle, called in to the bank and all they would say was we don't see any reason why I won't go through. Left me hanging in a very embarrassing situation let alone the lady was sitting with me.
