Didn’t get her name but the female teller was outstanding!! She was so attentive and patient. Just phenomenal customer service!!!
We are long time customers. Called to make appointment to do some account changes. Spoke with a banker who was totally clueless. Completely incompetent. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing… asked to speak to the manager. She did not apologize for her bankers lack of knowledge… seemed defensive and in competent herself. Went into the branch two weeks ago to discuss a small business loan since we are already customers there. Was told the person was not available and took our information and said someone would call us to discuss. Two weeks later and still no call. Will be moving our business account elsewhere.
On October 18th/2024 at noon, I went in to open a joint account. There were two male employees and one female employee present. The two men were kind and friendly, but only the woman was available to assist with opening a joint account. Unfortunately, she spent the entire time focused on her computer and did not engage with her coworkers or the customers. The teller seemed to be new and made a mistake with my transaction. The supervisor walked away before the transaction was completed successfully. Poor customer service.
