If I could rate zero stars I would. Made a deposit at 2pm on 4/21 and the ATM said it could accept it and it would return my money, it did not. I went around and drove through the drive thru lane where I could talk to a person, let her know what happened and she assured me 3 times that my deposit that the bank took would be available the same day and I would get a phone call from a banker. 30 minutes later I get a call from said banker stating that my money would be available within 10 business days or 45-90 days because the... read more
I absolutely Love this Bank!! The tellers are SO friendly.... the customer service people are over the top helpful! .... and their app is the most user friendly I have ever used!
