Will the manager was kind and knowledgeable, and Alyssa was a delight as always. As a local I really appreciate having them there. I trusted Will's advice. He was genuine and didn't try and sell me on something I didn't need. Happy to have them as my bank!!!
I’ve visited this PNC branch several times and scheduled an appointment each time. Unfortunately, on every visit the staff seemed unaware that I had an appointment and were not prepared to discuss the items on my agenda. On more than one occasion, I specifically booked time with a particular employee to complete certain transactions, traveled over 45 minutes, only to arrive and find that person was not even working that day. Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk. Also have their computer monitors facing the public sidewalk so all the customers information is on display to the public sidewalk
