Horrible experience. Six employees but only one teller? I'd expect better from PNC, I'll stick with the Buford hwy location.

Very terrible experience with a Rep named Satin Anderson. We have 5 accounts with PNC and recently created a new one. She was very rude and would not explain the situation to me (employees could not cash their checks). Not what I expected from PNC employees. We are considering changing merchant and bank services because of her unprofessional and lack of service.

Waited 20 min to make a simple deposit only 2 employees at the branch aventually I had to leave without making any deposit . Hire more tellers your customers time is valuable !
