They need to call this something other than a branch, because it's not one. I couldn't make a simple cash deposit unless I wanted to use the atm, which I did not.
It's no longer a branch. How nice of them to turn the most convenient location into something other than a bank where you can cash checks.
I utilize this bank for my business locally. I was just informed by a teller today that this particular branch will be going cashless mid September, and WILL NOT be able to take change orders, nor dispense cash outside of an ATM charge. I hate leaving negative reviews, and this is in no way directed at the women running this location. But rather at PNC itself, as this revelation is absolutely anti-American. I cannot stand behind or recommend this company any longer.
Decent enough bank.. Staff are nice, but slow as molasses.
