Great service. FYI: They will be closing at the end of May.
I closed my account with PNC today for various reasons. I decided to go to this branch to close my account. It took around 40 minutes which seemed excessive to me. While I was closing my account at least 6 - 10 other people were waiting to be helped (several ended up leaving). One poor lady waited a long time only to find out that this location is NOT a PNC Bank, but a "Financial Center" and they DO NOT do cash deposits. She then had to go to the Friendly Avenue branch to do her business. Yikes!

Any bank that I can get increments of $1 bills out is okay with me! I'm going to open an account here. Never heard of it before tonight but thank God for them
