OK, the stars are for the good attitudes the staff showed to me. But I will just state the facts about what happened to me and you know why I only give it 2 stars. About 2 months ago, I went to this bank to get a safe deposit box for my important documents. When I entered the bank, I saw the vault door wide open, seemed everybody could get access anytime. I went to get 2 rolls of quarters so I could do laundry, recieved them and then was lectured about how I should use my credit card more and had my most recent purchases read out loud to me. This made me incredibly uncomfortable and was unnecessary.
