The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. One female staff member stood out for her extremely poor attitude—rude, dismissive, and completely lacking basic professionalism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a serious issue within the office.
Absolutely the worst financial institution ever. If you change your phone , or your phone number, then good luck trying to regain control of your account. One month after I updated my information, I still cant send money from my account. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend it to anyone. Use Western Union, PayPal or Remitly instead.
They moved to 10055 Whalley Blvd. beside JM-7 BAKERY. They are open Mon to Sat 10am to 6pm. Parking is available
