Terrible bank to deal with. We could not get mobile access and they never explained their policies and fees. We had a USD account for 4 years, only received $0.50 interest and never touched the account. We went to change the account to a Pesos checking account and they charged me $120 claiming the account was dormant for too long. Of course you IDIOTS!!! We couldn't access the account. Only opened the account with $500 and was penalized $120. NEVER AGAIN!!! I suggest NOT putting your money in those bank. Use BDO

If I could put negative 5000 I would. Why do business if you can't even answer the damn phone!!!
