Great in house service DREADFUL phone service wasted so much time on the phone this morning
Branch staff are great but there is no chance of reaching your branch by phone. By the time you listen to how busy they are and will call you back later from a number you think is taking you to the branch you end up a the main PnN switch board who ask you lots of questions then put you on hold again to put you through to the branch. Then you reach a person who is not the person you want to speak to who says they will pass you message in a then doesn’t. So if you need to talk to anyone you need to go into the branch.
