The staff are always friendly and very helpful, and the fit out in this branch is comfortable and I love the little booth seating for more involved transactions. I joined this branch in their original location and have been banking with them for more than 20 years.
Went into P & N bank Rockingham today to open a savings account, the lovely staff member Nive, was so helpful & explaining how their accounts work. Nice is a very pleasant staff member who made me feel welcome & an asset to P&N. 🌸
5 Stars is for Brooke whom have been a gem. Polite yet friendly enough. Pretty much read my mind of what I needed.. Not pushy or anything but just one step ahead. It was seamless. Thanks Brooke.
Walked out no customer service ,one person on counter. Service has gone down since they moved to that end of shopping centre.not first time I've walked out.
I love P&N but it’s a shame that customer service is not a priority anymore. With the complexity of situations it takes longer to help people and therefore waiting times are excessive for the people providing the finances in the first place. More customer service operators are necessary.
