Very happy at rockinham branch so friendly and very helpful
Went into P&N rockingham to set up a new bank account , because finally I realised I needed a branch sometimes to visit other than the bank I was in next door that shut their doors. The p&n staff were very knowledgeable and efficient and we set up a good bank system including a high interest savings account and even a travel card . Glad I joined a WA bank again .
The staff are always friendly and very helpful, and the fit out in this branch is comfortable and I love the little booth seating for more involved transactions. I joined this branch in their original location and have been banking with them for more than 20 years.
Went into P & N bank Rockingham today to open a savings account, the lovely staff member Nive, was so helpful & explaining how their accounts work. Nice is a very pleasant staff member who made me feel welcome & an asset to P&N. 🌸
5 Stars is for Brooke whom have been a gem. Polite yet friendly enough. Pretty much read my mind of what I needed.. Not pushy or anything but just one step ahead. It was seamless. Thanks Brooke.
