Customer service left a lot to be desired. I set up a deceased estate account and was informed I would receive notification for the account details . This never came. I was left to actively chase up these details to pass onto the superannuation company. I was advised my request would be marked as ‘urgent’ and I would get these details the next day. A few months ago I came in and was helped by Travis, who was truly amazing (I was meant to leave a review then but must’ve missed something on my end - like the submit button haha). Anyway, I went back in today and was lucky enough to be helped by Travis again! He remembered my name, and details from our conversation months ago. I was really impressed by his attentiveness, kindness and helpfulness. He is a legend and made my experience going into P&N (both times) amazing. Shoutout to Travis! Thank you!
