Disappointing customer service to say the least, say they will contact you but yet you’re having to constantly follow up. Unprofessional and would not recommend banking with them.
Staff are always approachable friendly and efficient. Best Bank ever!!
Exceptional customer service.
Staff members are generally good, friendly and helpful. However, they have this member called Nibil who is very inquisitive, and needs to appeased to get anything done. I always hope that my turn does not end up with him.
I had a phone Consultation with James Fernance today. He went well over and above to be helpful and his friendly informed manner was wonderful. 100% recommend
