Staff member was pretty rude, bleak and presumptuous
Yesterday I had a great experience with Diane helping me count al my change. She is always happy and positive. I find that everyone who works there since I left my other bank are very Kind and helpful. I just miss Henry. Thank you for a great Bank
Diane Gibbons was absolutely amazing to deal with. She made me feel comfortable & had the best customer service. Really appreciated her help.
P&N Bank at Midland Gate was great to deal with today - special mention to Tahmid Rahman, who helped me open two new accounts, helped me set up the online app and organised a regular transfer. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend
