I have been a loyal customer of the P&N Bank for over 40 years. Today I had occasion to visit the Midland Gate branch. It was during a busy period and when it was my turn in the queue, Lewis Macleod, the Branch Manager stepped in to help me. I found Lewis to be an exceptionally professional Manager who not only knows his products he also gave me some good advice on how to re-structure my accounts to my financial benefit. Absolutely useless customer service,ding behind the counter doesn't even know how to do his own job.all tellers pretty useless really
Went to join this bank today, staff was condescending, didn’t introduce herself, just ushered us over like an animal. Was rather rude so we decided to leave manager stopped us and said to return in twenty when another staff member would be available. Returned to be told they would not be open an account for us. Jenny looked at us when we first arrived with distaste as we were not dressed in our Sunday best. When I saw that was when we should have left.
