NOT A BUSINESS BANK! We were looking to move business accounts away from a Big 4 Bank and thought a local alternative would be better. We were very wrong in this case. Despite their advertising, P+N are simply not setup to accommodate business and their very antiquated process just to open an account is a real disaster (esp in the digital age). Staff are not trained in business accounts (we had a Home Loan Specialist try to setup account) and their service is VERY poor (a formal complaint still not responded to). Definitely ... read more
