Customer service is not acceptable.. I needed to speak to Bunbury Branch. They do not have a direct dial number. The call centre people gave me grief by making out I was causing a problem to them by me having to call them to keep trying the Bunbury Branch… appalling customer service. P&N Bank need to provide direct dial numbers to each branch, so Members are not subject to this appalling service
People working here are kind but they made me wait a lot here we made the appointment at 2 but later after reaching here at 2 they made me wait here for almost 30 min and I didn’t really like that
I went into the Bunbury Branch today to open a new account given my current bank thinks banking is too difficult for them now. I was served by Sarah. Team, she is an absolute credit to you. Pleasant, personable and had a few laughs. Its nice to be treated like a person instead of a number. Thank you Sarah.
Always 5 star service, great knowledgeable friendly staff. Nothing is a problem to them. Excellent service!! Was in there just last week and was greeted by new staff member Sarah, who has great PR skills. As always all staff were just great and a pleasure to see.
Worst bank experience ever. All my wife and I wanted to do was change some details on our account. The woman at the front desk was incapable of doing it so she asked if we could wait a while for another staff member. After 40 minutes waiting, and seeing two customers who came in after us get attended to, we left. Pathetic, closing our accounts.
