Went into the branch to open my disabled brothers bank acc, Nat was so helpful and friendly. Even though unable to help in branch Nat was fantastic with advice and trying to get it sorted. Thank you again
That pseudo calming music you think you should torture people with is reason enough to abandon P&N bank altogether. IPlus the disgusting hold times. If you find people ratty and rude at the end of the phone (not saying I am), then maybe that's why. EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE!!!! And what is it with the ever changing, completely useless savings products, where suddenly instead of receiving interest payments, I am debited -$0.03. HOW???? Just keeping one account now for every day transactions. All my savings have been moved elsewhere.
Visited the Bull Creek branch in late December 2024 to deposit some coins. I have another account with a different bank and they weren't willing to accept the coins and told us to take it to another store that had an ATM that accepted coins. So we walked into the P&N branch to try our luck and the team were more than willing to accept the coins and deposit it into my account.
