Over the past 3 weeks my wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alison Davies in relation to a finance matter. Alison is a Mobile Home Loan Specialist with P & N Clarkson Branch. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she always kept us in the loop of how things were progressing. Alison possesses excellence customer service and a thorough knowledge of her product. I have no hesitation in recommending Alison for anything to do with home loans.
Amateurs! Can’t even manage a $5000 purchase without stopping the transaction and blocking me out of my account for 6 days. This, after I notified the bank I was going to make the purchase and everything was ok. Never contacted me or returned phone calls as the call centre person told me would happen. I thought a local bank was the way to go. Stick with the big 4. At least they can run a bank.
I cannot thank Sean, loan officer, at Ocean Keys enough!! He made the whole process of buying my first home smooth and easy. Excellent customer service! Continually kept me updated on the progress of my loan and help me address any questions or concerns I had. Sean is friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Just an honestly great guy all round. Highly recommend!
