We were regular clients of this business (as were my parents), and I also referred several friends/colleagues to them over the years. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this business due to their recent unprofessional behavior during the most recent tax preparation season. Although we sent our materials in 6 weeks before the tax filing deadline, they were unresponsive and curtly informed us less than a week before the tax deadline that because they were “busy on a big project” we would need to request filing extensions.... read more
