John has zero customer service skills and appualing communication skills. He was extremely irritable and irate while talking to me on the phone trying to explain a new process to me (re-financig). I was so shocked ,I withdrew my application.

I’ve never encountered anyone as rude as John. I initially contacted him to refinance my existing home loan. John requested several documents which I forwarded when I received them. While I was at work he rang me several times. When I picked up, he berated me for sending him a draft tax return (as a supplementary to the documents he had requested), which he had mistakenly forwarded to Bank of Sydney, and that somehow that was my fault. It’s clear John has anger management issues that need addressing.
