Terrible staff customer service and communication. The lawyer was great when we met her.
We met with Stephanie Mercier, the worst customer service we ever experienced. The rudeness of this notary firm she showed is unbelievable. All they care is about making money regardless whether the client benefits or not. If we were not in the middle of the transaction where we already paid for the service, we would have dumped the firm and find another notary that respect their word. I definitely do not recommend this firm.
