I was gifted a session with Mia. I asked for help with grounding and focusing and calming the nervous system. During the session I experienced a deep holding around my spinal chord. Afterward I came home and felt focused, energized and was able to balance work with self-care. It was liberating to feel the brain fog lift. Also, Mia's space is beautifully curated. Her presence is calming and I felt that she cares deeply for her clients. This was one of the best therapies I have received and am so grateful for the experience.
Mia is magical. I always leave feeling so blissed out. It’s like a reset for my nervous system. The combination of body work and cupping with the acupuncture is so effective. I can’t recommend her enough!
