I was told the wait would only be two minutes, but I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes with no update. No one communicated the delay, and I felt ignored when I tried to ask. As I came during my work shift, my time was very important. Due to the lack of communication and respect for my time, I decided to leave. This was a disappointing experience.
