I recently used them for my long distance move and they were professional and did an amazing job from the beginning to the end.
90% of 5 star reviews are fake. Beware! My experience: Quoted me a number by a very nice person. No one showed up to confirm box count. I packed myself. I called to add 5-6 boxes and they gave me a new increased total which was fine. Wouldn't you know it, the day they showed up and started loading, the price doubled? Then they wouldn't release my stuff unless they were paid in full before unloading. They were also late as their truck broke down on the freeway. They damaged/dented at least 75% of my stuff. I never post reviews, but I still feel like I owe these great people so much for taking care of me during a tragedy that cost me so much. They did so much to work with me in order to pay for this unforseen move and I never expected them to do such a great job. Customer service is dead these days. I was absolutely shocked to see it alive and thriving at Plymouth. I send them all the business I can scrounge up. A++
My rent has nearly doubled in the last month and I have had no choice, but to move. The only place I could find is back with my parents on such short notice. To say I am super stressed is an understatement.
