The nicest people work in this collector/treasurer office. I had to pay excise, I had an issue with my payment processing. They were very patient and helpful. Meanwhile there are signs telling people not to swear at or abuse the clerks. If you yell at these people, you should be ashamed. They're doing their jobs. I had a great experience despite having to pay my excise.
