My experience working with Heather Asti was fantastic! I went to her for pelvic floor therapy postpartum. After a detailed evaluation, she put together a custom care plan for me to help me regain my strength in my core, back and pelvic floor. She is very knowledgeable, educated me through the process, and provided me with a plan for at home care upon being released from physical therapy. I cannot recommend her enough!
I came to physical therapy at Plymouth PT secondary to an injury at work while moving a patient. I have heard many horror stories about some physical therapy clinics and people with complaints that their therapies were not helpful but I want everyone to know that Plymouth PT in Southfield, under the services of Heather Asti, have been phenomenal in my recovery.
