Without a doubt, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an optician—and honestly, one of the top customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. I came in with a bit of an emergency: my old frames had snapped, and I needed a quick fix. Plymouth Opticians happened to carry the same brand, so after a call Frank told me to drive right over to figure out a solution.
