I accidentally broke the frames on my custom lens glasses and with no back up pair, I needed to have glasses back in service fast. I walked in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, he found frames that were almost identical to the ones I currently have and love (even though I bought them 9 years ago in Springfield VT), searched online for ones that were even MORE like the ones I have, reviewed all of the options available to me, did my measurements and I paid for everything (very reasonable) and was out of there well before closing time!! AND he conversed with my 5 year old daughter and me in a pleasant and un-rushed manner!
