11.15 am bus arrives at 1.05 pm. Which is the scheduled time for another bus. Classic P and B. Plymouth or Brokedown. You do the math interview stars. And people wonder why public transportation sucks. At least it does not smell and the seats are ok. AND they should have somewhat real time alerts showing what bus is where or when they are expecting to arrive. Maybe not actually tracking the bus but something. This is 2025!
No longer a reliable option. Immensely frustrating to spend more time waiting for a late bus at Logan than I spent in the air.

The girl who served me at 7:30 in the morning at the Hyannis bus station is extremely rude and not polite, she shouldn't be serving people.
Excellent bus company with new buses and a great maintenance team that keeps rider safety 1st.
