Bought a new custom bed worth 3700usd from them, used it for the first time and the bed is moving from all its junctions. We informed them of the problem and they refused to come and fix the bed without paying an additional costs of 250usd because it's a burden for them to come to orange county to fix the defect. They also tried to blame us for the defect and told us that we are demanding....we only asked them to fix the defective bed that they delivered.
