The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy, making sure everything is explained clearly. The range of lounges is stylish, comfortable, and top quality, with delivery that’s on time and handled with care. The tracking system keeps you updated and the delivery team are polite, efficient, and leave everything tidy
The staff at Plush Warrawong were just fantastic in assisting us with our new lounge purchase and the delivery. The staff ( Jo) was outstanding in the customer service she provided. Would highly recommend the store and the staff.
The service as soon as we walked into the store until our lounge was delivered was top class.
This is our second plush leather sofa we have purchased. The quality of the materials used are second to none and we have literally transformed our home with these two items. The staff at Plush Warrawong were amazing with Jo an extra help. The delivery team were also fantastic. They were fast, polite and on time!
