I am so happy with the purchase of my Fluer Sofas. These are extremely comfortable as promised by Sam. Great service from Sam who gave me expert advice on this product. Delivery was made easy for date/time with the tracking link. I’ll be back to Plush Toowoomba for my next purchase.
Fantastic customer service from the store , loved the lady that we had helping us with our choices , delivery absolutely shocking timeframe don't bother with what they send you we have waited an extra 3 hours and still no sofa it's 6pm this is beyond frustrating! And they still expect me to pay the delivery fee , how about have more communication for your customers who have already paid a fortune from you.

A great store. Dealt with Samantha who was awesome, Sam took the time to go through the ordering and delivery process. Was kept up to date with delivery times, can't fault Ryan and his brother, they were efficient and courteous. So happy with the couch.
