Absolutely shocking team here at Plush who lie and try to straight up rob you to get a sale in. Spent nearly $5,000 and on the day of delivery an additional delivery fee and didn’t take the boxes when we were assured “delivery, install and rubbish removal” were included. It isn’t about the money, it’s about the principle of lying to customers and lacking integrity. Go literally anywhere else for your furniture needs.
I loved working with Plush Sofas to get my dream sofa. They showed me what they had to offer in the style I wanted and then they left me alone to browse. They answered any questions I had (particularly when I was worried it wouldn’t fit through my door) and there was no pressure to buy. It was throughly my decision to buy from them rather than being frustrated with a sales person shadowing my every move. Thank you Plush Sofas TL for making it an enjoyable experience.
