I purchased 2 couches , and one otterman 5 weeks ago . Was told the delivery date , it should have been 3 weeks ago but there was nothing. Took the day off work, waited all day , nothing. Then I was told that their system was down and they could retrieve any info on who's couch was going where ! 3 weeks later still no answers . Call the store and talk to the sales people who have no control over anything . Can't get any answers from anyone.
