Great service from Richard at Plush Springvale. He was so friendly, patient and helpful and great to deal with. He also wasn’t pushy and made us feel completely comfortable with our purchase. Thanks Richard, will definitely come by again if I need another sofa

Richard our salesman has been fantastic from the minute we stepped into the store at the Springvale homemaker centre store and even after the sale was done. He is very attentive and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Even when I emailed to queried the sale price I had seen on my sofa after my purchase, Richard called me within two hours to reassure me with all our extras we too had benefited from the sale price. Excellent customer service.
