Very disappointing experience in Springvale store. Staff are rude and arrogant! Have been to the store and no greeting in store!! A baldhead man called Ben and Richard were chatting and they are close to me but no interesting to say hello to me. A greeting is very basic customer service.How could you expect good service if no greeting? Plush is great store on my mind, how come such rude and arrogant staff working in store? So happy with our purchase, staff were very helpful, and delivery was on time and delivery staff were very professional
Richard our salesman has been fantastic from the minute we stepped into the store at the Springvale homemaker centre store and even after the sale was done. He is very attentive and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Even when I emailed to queried the sale price I had seen on my sofa after my purchase, Richard called me within two hours to reassure me with all our extras we too had benefited from the sale price. Excellent customer service. Delivery was seamless. Very happy with the whole Plush experience.
We had to mention our experience today going into Plush Springvale. We were greeted by Richard whose approach was not pushy, but warm and so friendly. He knew so much about the lounge we were interested in and let us have time to walk around , giving us space. So unlike other salespeople who harass you from the start. We bought the lounge because of Richard and I would highly recommend going to Plush Springvale as you will be treated so well, and the prices are incredible also. Well done Richard.
Jackie helped us select our sofas, and was extremely helpful and professional, I had a great first time experience with Plush. The delivery team were excellent too! Very careful and helped us to make sure the felt was on before putting it in place. It’s worth noting you need to book the rubbish collection before the delivery as the company who do that wouldn’t pick ours up even though we booked and paid for it , so we had to go to the tip. The packing is a lot of plastics and foam not much cardboard.
