Not happy with the $10 charge to remove gel polish when other salons in area (Majestic Nails on Needham Street just as an example) charge $5. Also chose polish from selection that owner pointed me to. Charged more money for a polish that was in with other polishes. Had no idea... I don't mind additional cost when I'm aware beforehand and I choose. Used to come when it was Bebe Salon but will not be coming back again.
