Melanie was really really amazing with helping us find the perfect couch for our space. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed in any way; instead she made the experience so so easy and was extremely educational on all of our options. i could not recommend them enough!!
Negative 5 stars if I could. Scammers charged for 7 seater in store and delivered a 6 seater instead. No help when complained and stated the manager who sold it to us has “quit”, highly doubt it. Service was very poor and rude. Avoid at all cost.
Best thugs in town. Never purchase anything from them. Ordered a 6 seater and got scammed with a 5 seater. No help at all.
We ordered a 7-seater couch but received a 5-seater instead. We were very clear about what we wanted, even pointing to the exact couch in the store and confirming it with the salesperson. Despite their mistake, they are refusing to fix the issue. Their customer service is terrible—completely unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. This was a huge disappointment, and we will never shop here again. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with incompetence and frustration.
