DO NOT BUY ANY COUCH FROM THIS COMPANY! Do not buy this couch in particular - Odin 3.75 dual electric recliners with electric headrests 2V4304T0304JEH $4,590 It's so uncomfortable. I waited a week to see if it would get better, before reporting. It's now been 2 months. It's still so hard and uncomfortable, it makes the neck and back really sore. I'd rather sit on the floor! 2 seperate technicians came out and sat in it for 5 minutes to provide Plush with an "independent" review. They reported there's "nothing wrong with it".... read more
I enjoyed walking around the store looking at some beautiful lounges. I purchased a lovely 3 seater and with the help of a staff member's awesome customer service I was very happy when I walked out the store. The delivery was also on time with a team of very polite and professional guys who put it together.
