I am not happy with Plath with my perches of a of my lounge customer service is disappointing buck parsing no return calls would not help me at all said it wasn’t their responsibility I am still waiting on a call from regenal manager for over 3 weeks store manager is no help but they will still take your money up front and you have to put up with this problem a single aged pension this was a lot of money for me and can’t use it
Went in spoke to a sales person was promused duscount i didnt get then was promised free delivery which i find out 8 weeks later is a service rhwy dont offer. While i am happy with the lounge not a company i will ever shops at agaib and defunatly do not recomend
We had a lovely experince with the staff at Rutherford store the staff were helpfull and nice, pleasant. We had also been in another store but were not happy so returned to the Rutherford store, even though it was further away as the staff met our needs and provided great service. Our new lounge is lovely, very comfortable. Thankyou.
Came when expected Love the lounge and the delivery men rang with a time and were prompt Can’t ask for more
